Lost Connection
Inspired by the Kushnameh, an ancient Persian epic about a Persian prince and a Korean princess, I wanted to highlight the historical connections between Persia and Korea. I created a brand that blends their traditional artwork and flavors in a modern setting. Using elements from traditional vessels, I designed unique bottle shapes and labels, refining them through lots of sketching.

Mid-tier
The Mid-Tier bottle design of Meyjib showcases a Modern Artifact, inspired by ancient Persian and Korean imagery. Featuring the Korean Chrysanthemum and Persian carpet patterns, it also includes a geometric flower pattern at the top that references the Buddhist Flower of Life.

High-tier
The high-tier design pays homage to the connection between ancient Korean and Persian civilizations. The intricate patterns symbolize their harmonious blend, inviting enthusiasts to explore their shared history. The bottle's neck features "bridged contact" in Farsi, while the front displays "Tamas" in Korean, meaning contact in Farsi. This project blends the two cultures in harmony, nodding to their intertwined past.
